YOUNG ADULTS

If you are a young adult visiting this page, chances are you have hit some rough waters. You may be dealing with depression, anxiety or other mental health challenges, struggling with finding direction, unable to create healthy structure and routines, having a hard time in college or finding a job, feeling unmotivated and unfocused, using more substances than you want to be using, and you might be struggling in your relationships with your friends, parents or other family members. In addition to the normal growing pains associated with the transition into adulthood, many young adults are facing unprecedented challenges finding footing in a very challenging world: the cost of living, world crisis, the online platforms designed to tell you are never good enough, the idea that you have to quickly find your “passion” and make it a career. You are not alone.

We can help. Our belief is that each individual is their own best expert and carries a lot of wisdom. Our goal is to work along side you, partnering to help you find the best path forward. Our job is to learn about your strengths, barriers, challenges, hopes, and goals, and then research and connect you with multiple resources to choose from - supports to help get you from where you are to where you want to be.
